Supplemental Benefits – Supplemental benefits are optional coverages you can elect to compliment your health insurance. These benefits are paid through payroll deduction and help cover services or events not fully covered by medical insurance.
Third Party Administrator - The school district’s cafeteria plan is administered by a third-party administrator (TPA). The TPA manages plan enrollment, contributions, claims processing, and compliance with applicable IRS regulations, ensuring that employees can take full advantage of pre-tax benefits efficiently and accurately.
