Online Application Process
Welcome to our new online application system.
Click here to view current job openings and start the online application process or update your current application.
All applications must be submitted through our online application system to be considered for employment.
If this is your first visit to our application system, scroll down to “Job Listings” and click “Apply” by the specific job posting.
If you are returning you can sign in with your username and password at the top of the page.
You may complete the online application at any time. If no current open positions are listed you can apply for a “future” position. These positions are not actual openings. We post these “future” positions so if there is not a current job opening applicants can still submit an application. If you sign up for the “job alerts” you will be notified of new postings by email or you can check back for current job openings. You can then apply to a specific job posting to be considered as part of the applicant pool for that posted position.
Supporting documents must be uploaded with your online application. Paper documents such as transcripts and resumes must be converted to an electronic form. All files attached to your application must be in .txt, .rtf, .pdf, .docx, or .doc format. If you need to upload an image or scan, you must convert it to pdf or place it into a Word doc file. Our online application is a paperless system. Please do not mail your transcripts and resumes to the district.
After submitting your application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation to confirm receipt of your completed application. A completed application must be online prior to any interview. Applicants can log in at any time to check the status of their applications.
After your application has been completed, the district administrators will have access to your application and will make decisions regarding potential interviews and employment opportunities.
Be sure to sign up for the “job alerts” so you will always be aware of new postings! (Located on the right side of the screen under “Menu”, “Sign up for job alerts”)
Applications remain active for 9 months from your last update. Applications can be updated anytime by logging back into our system.
Please note that Slaton ISD is no longer accepting paper applications except for support positions. (Support positions include food service, custodial, maintenance and transportation) All applications, resumes, transcripts, and support documents must be attached to your online application.
Please do not mail paper copies.
