Slaton High School is creating new beautiful artwork each day! Our students have been involved in many different shows this year including “Art on the Square” and the “Lubbock Arts Festival.” Scholastics competition is Saturday January 16, 2010. Both the high school and the junior high will compete this year. We have many more shows throughout the spring semester including a show at Hard Tops, in Lubbock, during the “Friday Night Arts Trail.” We are excited about what our kids are doing in art and expect to bring home many awards from scholastics!!!
