How to Enroll

Pre-kindergarten Information

To register, parents must bring the child's birth certificate, Social Security card and immunization records to the school. Proof of residence (lease or utility bill - Post Office boxes are not acceptable), Proof of income and Drivers License / valid picture I.D. is also required from the person enrolling the student.

All students who are enrolling in the Slaton Independent School District from another school district must have the following information:

To register, parents must bring the child's birth certificate, Social Security card, immunization records, and withdrawal records from previous school district to the school (including last report card and TAKS / Standardized Test scores).  Proof of residence and Drivers License / valid picture I.D. is also required from the person enrolling the student.
